TODAY’S THE DAY!!
WOW, just WOW…
Today is the day the show airs, and I can barely contain myself. It’s already aired in Chicago, at 9am, and my phone has been blowing UP!! I cannot wait to see it. I haven’t slept yet, been up cooking for my party tonight, finally laid down at 3am…then my phone rings around 5am – GUESS I’M UP FOR THE DAY!! Anyway, I totally went to work, where I encounter the freak-out fest, hahahaha!! This is all so extremely overwhelming, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t enjoying every minute of it!! I’ve waited a lifetime for this moment, and I’m going to enjoy every second of it!! I hope everyone has an incredible day, you already know I am, =)
And I really can’t say thank you enough to all those people who have been so extremely supportive during this time in my life where I’m not really sure what’s going on yet, but you guys keep me grounded, and it means the world to me!!

although you sure were the hardest working, least photo-opportunity-finding-the-camera of the contestants! haha. i can’t believe you didn’t win! but, as i said before, how can you possibly beat meat?(sorry!).
so, do i have to go to oprah dot com to get the delectable sandwich recipes? or will you be posting them here? …or are they top secret classified!?!?hmmm.
